Hello Morningside Manor III

Your Board of Directors has hired CAC Management to start management services effective November 1, 2021. We are honored that your Association has entrusted us with this responsibility and we will work hard to exceed your expectations. Our office hours are 8:30 am to 5:00 pm, Monday – Thursday and 8:30 am to 3:00 pm on Friday. After hour (24/7) emergencies are handled through an emergency answering service. The phone number for both our office and the emergency service is (310) 645-9921.

Ozzie Perez, will be your property manager and we are all looking forward to meeting you. We have been working diligently behind the scenes to make sure this transition goes smoothly as possible. CAC will provide financial and full management services to your community. All owners’ accounts and financial information are updated online every 24 hours.

On November 10 , you may register for an account at https://frontsteps.cloud/CaliberWeb2_CAC with your account number found on your statement and the email we have on file for you. If you are unable to register or we were not provided your correct email information, please email our billing department at receivables@cacmgmt.com.

Our focus is to make sure everyone is settled and information is correct. Payments should be made out to Morningside Manor III HOA and they can be sent to the PO Box address listed on your statement.

It is extremely important that you provide us with your e-mail address to establish a list for sending e-mail blasts so that you receive information quickly. Please do not hesitate to contact me with any questions.
