2020 Recap!

2020 was a challenging year for everyone.  Despite the many obstacles we were still able to make some major improvements in the association. 

Morningside Manor III HOA- is now an incorporated entity recognized through the State of California.  The process of becoming incorporated was very tedious but we prevailed. Now that we are incorporated, we are able to enforce the statewide mandates for condominium associations. Delinquent owners will be sent to lien service and MMIII HOA can by law, Foreclose on their units.

This allowed us to aggressively collect a large amount of delinquent dues and use the money for some long neglected improvements around the property. In addition to some painting, junk removal, and miscellaneous repairs, we procured a new gardener.  Be sure to welcome JUAN RECENDEZ as the new gardener for MMIII.  He is also a tenant on the property.

With everyone’s help, we will continue to improve the community.

ANNOUNCEMENT!!

OUR NEXT MEETING WILL BE SUMMER 2021. 

BE ON THE LOOKOUT FOR DATES BETWEEN JUNE – JULY.  We will be electing additional members for the executive board.  If you are interested in joining please notify Sparkle or Lisa as soon as possible.
